for holidays.
The benefit calculator uses a generalized mechanism for assigning
employees to pay groups based on any employee property contained in the
database. Pay groups are in turn linked to payroll rules.
Payroll rules define eligibility for benefit hours and how benefit hours are
accrued and taken.
